Regular Season Round 5: Mladost ZE - Borac 77-88

KLS top team - Borac (5-0) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat eleventh ranked Mladost ZE (1-4) in Zemun 88-77. The game was mostly controlled by Borac. Mladost ZE was better in fourth quarter 16-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Borac players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. International guard Ilija Djokovic (187-96) stepped up and scored 19 points and 8 assists for the winners and guard Marko Marinovic (183-83) chipped in 12 points and 7 assists. Borac's coach Jovica Arsic allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Forward Aleksa Novakovic (200-96, college: E.Illinois) responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists and American guard Eric Davis (190-97, college: Texas) scored 15 points and 7 rebounds.
