Regular Season Round 7: Wolfpack/BMS - Horsens IC 76-124

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked BMS Skovlunde (2-4) at the home court on Saturday night. Hosts were rolled over by fourth ranked Horsens IC (5-2) 124-76. The game without a history. Horsens IC led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to BMS Skovlunde's 38. Horsens IC forced 23 BMS Skovlunde turnovers and outrebounded them 44-33 including 32 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by BMS Skovlunde's players. It was a great evening for Bosnian forward Vedran Borovcanin (199-85) who led his team to a victory scoring 23 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. American guard Brandon Tabb (193-95, college: Beth.-Cookman) helped adding 23 points and 4 steals. Tabb is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the losing side forward Andreas Meilby (203-92) responded with 13 points and 6 rebounds and forward Morten Bulow (204-99) scored 14 points. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Horsens IC maintains fourth place with 5-2 record. BMS Skovlunde at the other side still keeps top position with four games lost. Horsens IC are looking forward to face higher ranked Naestved (#3) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. BMS Skovlunde will have a break next round.
