The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Iserlohn (6-2) on the court of sixth ranked SSV Lok Bernau on Saturday night. Visitors were edged by SSV Lok Bernau 85-82. SSV Lok Bernau forced 20 Iserlohn turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Croatian center Kresimir Nikic (213-99) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 7 rebounds and Lorenz Brenneke (206-0) who added 21 points during the contest. Naturalized Brazilian Gabriel De-Oliveira (206-97) responded with 24 points and 9 rebounds and guard Malte Schwarz (188-89, agency: Court Side) scored 15 points and 9 rebounds. SSV Lok Bernau have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain sixth position in North with 4-4 record. Iserlohn at the other side still keeps top place with two games lost. They share the position with Rist Wedel. SSV Lok Bernau are looking forward to face Titans (#7) in Dresden in the next round. Iserlohn will play at home against Sixers (#4) and is hoping to win this game.
