Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fourth ranked Tofas and 5th ranked Turk Telekom had identical 3-2 record. This time Tofas used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from 73-66 on Sunday night. Quite impressive performance for Emirhan Merdin (195-1) who helped to win the game recording 28 points. Forward Berkan Aksu (203-1) contributed with 10 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Burak Gozeneli (-0) answered with 27 points and 6 rebounds and Yigit Ozkan (-1) added 14 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Turk Telekom. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Tofas (4-2) moved-up to third place, which they share with Gelisim Koleji. Loser Turk Telekom keeps the fifth position with three games lost. Tofas will face Ozel Gelisim Koleji (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Turk Telekom will play against the league's leader Anadolu Efes and hope to win that game.
