Regular Season Round 7: FC Bayern - Jahn Muenchen 100-69

Another exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Muenchen: FC Bayern (#5) and Jahn Muenchen (#7). FC Bayern (2-0) crushed visiting Jahn Muenchen (1-5) by 31 points 100-69. FC Bayern looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a great evening for Bruno Vrcic (197-0) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points and 8 rebounds. Forward Jason George (201-1) helped adding 17 points and 4 steals. At the losing side center Ben Ruessmann (200-1) responded with 11 points and 6 rebounds and Pirmin Gaisser (194-0) scored 9 points. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. FC Bayern moved-up to fourth place in Group 4. Loser Jahn Muenchen keeps the seventh position with five games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
