Regular Season Round 15: Silute - Perlas 81-85

There was a minor upset when 7th ranked Silute (7-7) lost at home to ninth ranked Perlas (7-7) 85-81 on Friday. Perlas had a 22-11 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a good game for guard Domantas Vilys (188-0) who led his team to a victory with 30 points and 5 rebounds. Guard Karolis Giedraitis (194-98) contributed with 15 points and 9 assists for the winners. Swingman Evaldas Dziaugys (196-96) answered with 18 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and American guard JaMill Powell (198-93, college: E.Kentucky) added 20 points in the effort for Silute. Four Silute players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Perlas moved-up to seventh place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated Silute. Perlas will have a break next round.
