Bottom-ranked Deutsch-Wagram is still unable to win any game. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their eighth consecutive match to fourth ranked UBC St. Polten (6-2) 89-70. The game without a history. UBC St. Polten led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. UBC St. Polten outrebounded Deutsch-Wagram 42-28 including 31 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was guard Nico Kaltenbrunner (192-0) who scored 16 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Lukas Boeck (184-89) chipped in 7 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists and 6 steals. Four UBC St. Polten players scored in double figures. Guard Simon Marek (180-1) produced 20 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and guard Lukas Hofer (180-92) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. UBC St. Polten have a solid four-game winning streak.
