Everything could happen in Istanbul at the game between two tied teams. Both tenth ranked Galatasaray and 9th ranked Darussafaka had identical 3-4 record. But Darussafaka was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Istanbul 84-79 on Tuesday night. Galatasaray forced 19 Darussafaka turnovers. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Galatasaray (4-4) moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser Darussafaka dropped to the eleventh position with five games lost. Galatasaray will face bottom-ranked Banvit (#15) in Balikesir in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
