The game between Top Four teams took place in Joniskis. Third ranked host Delikatesas (12-5) defeated 4th placed Vytis (10-7) 87-75. They outrebounded Vytis 46-32 including 33 on the defensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for international power forward Sarunas Beniusis (206-93) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds. Karolis Lukosiunas (196-97) accounted for 19 points and 4 assists for the winning side. Four Delikatesas players scored in double figures. Delikatesas' coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Marijus Uzupis (198-93) came up with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds and guard Paulius Beliavicius (196-88) added 16 points respectively for Vytis in the defeat. The victory was the tenth consecutive win for Delikatesas. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Palanga. Vytis at the other side keeps the fourth position with seven games lost. They share it with Neptunas-Akv.. Delikatesas will play against league's leader Suduva-Mantinga in Marijampole in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Vytis will play at home against Ezerunas and hopes to get back on the winning track.
