An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Allmendingen. Leader Chemnitz faced 4th placed Ehingen/Urspringschule. Guests from Chemnitz (12-0) defeated host Ehingen/Urspringschule (7-6) 88-74. Chemnitz players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Kavin Gilder-Tilbury (201-94, college: Texas St.) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field). Power forward Robin Lodders (205-94) contributed with 16 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. American guard Rayshawn Simmons (192-93, college: Cent.Michigan, agency: Two Points) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 assists and power forward Kevin Yebo (202-96) added 15 points in the effort for Ehingen/Urspringschule. Ehingen/Urspringschule's coach rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Chemnitz have an impressive series of twelve victories in a row. They maintain first place with 12-0 record. Ehingen/Urspringschule at the other side keeps the fourth position with six games lost. They share it with Heidelberg and Rostock. Chemnitz will play against Artland Dragons (#13) in Quakenbrueck in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Ehingen/Urspringschule will play at home against Phoenix Hagen (#8) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
