Fourteenth-ranked Jonava (6-14) gave a tough game to fifth ranked Neptunas-Akv. (12-8) in Klaipeda on Saturday. Neptunas-Akv. managed to secure only two-point victory 85-83. However their fans expected much easier game. Neptunas-Akv. looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Center Vytautas Sarakauskas (204-82) fired a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Tadas Pazera (194-98) chipped in 15 points and 8 assists. Four Neptunas-Akv. players scored in double figures. Neptunas-Akv.'s coach Tomas Gaidamavicius used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Point guard Rytis Juknevicius (187-93, agency: Players Group) produced 30 points, 7 assists and 4 steals and international forward Martynas Linkevicius (197-85, agency: Octagon Europe) added 15 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for lost side.
