KBSL top team - Cukurova (12-0) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed seventh ranked Izmit (6-6) 87-65. Cukurova had a 29-14 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was Ukrainian swingman Alina Iagupova (186-92, agency: LBM Management) who scored 28 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Senegalese-Spanish center Astou Ndour (198-94, agency: ProDep Management) chipped in 22 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Cukurova's coach felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
