We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams in Adana where one of their biggest challengers Botas (8-4) was defeated by fifth ranked Galatasaray (7-5) 68-60. Galatasaray outrebounded Botas 40-22 including 27 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for Swedish Abdi Farhiya (188-92) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds. American power forward Victoria Macaulay (193-90, college: Temple) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Galatasaray's next round opponent will be league's leader Canik Belediye in Samsun and it may be quite challenging game.
