Not a big story in a game when 15th ranked Science City Jena (3-11) lost at home to sixth ranked SC Rasta Vechta (10-5) 89-76 on Wednesday. American guard TJ Bray (196-92, college: Princeton) notched 17 points and 5 assists to lead the effort and the other American import Seth Hinrichs (201-93, college: Lafayette) supported him with 18 points. Five SC Rasta Vechta players scored in double figures. Even 17 points and 6 assists by Nigerian guard Ike Iroegbu (188-95, college: Washington St.) did not help to save the game for Science City Jena. American guard Immanuel McElroy (194-80, college: Cincinnati) added 9 points for the hosts. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. SC Rasta Vechta have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They moved-up to fourth place. Science City Jena lost ninth consecutive game. They dropped to the sixteenth position with 11 games lost.
