We should mention about the upset which took place in Gargzdai, where higher ranked Telsiai (14-9) was outleveled in a road game by ninth ranked Gargzdu (12-12) 110-89 on Saturday. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Telsiai. Gargzdu looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. The former international Simonas Serapinas (197-82) scored 32 points and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Laurynas Lucinskas (201-93) chipped in 23 points and 8 rebounds during the contest.
