No shocking result in a game when third ranked Aabyhoj (6-3) beat at home 7th ranked Lemvig (1-7) 88-76 on Wednesday. Guard Alberte Rimdal (174-2) nailed 24 points and 6 rebounds (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winning side and swingman Malene Pedersen (180-1) accounted for 23 points. Four Aabyhoj players scored in double figures. Aabyhoj's coach Michael Niebling used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. American forward Makenzie Miller (-95, college: Wisc.-La Crosse) came up with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds and the other American import point guard Aniese Palmore (165-94, college: Montana-West, agency: S.M.W.W.) added 20 points and 8 assists respectively for Lemvig in the defeat. Aabyhoj have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Amager. Lemvig at the other side keeps the seventh position with seven games lost.
