The game in Gaziantep was also quite interesting. 6th ranked Galatasaray (8-6) played at the court of seventh ranked Gaziantep (8-6). Gaziantep managed to secure a 4-point victory 71-67 on Saturday. It was an exceptional evening for Nigerian center Tonye Jekiri (213-94, college: Miami, FL) who led the winners and scored 17 points and 9 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Croatian guard Marko Tomas (200-85) accounted for 22 points for the winning side. Four Gaziantep players scored in double figures. American Aaron Harrison (198-94, college: Kentucky) came up with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import forward Nigel Hayes (203-94, college: Wisconsin) added 12 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Galatasaray in the defeat. Galatasaray's coach Ertugrul Erdogan tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Gaziantep have an impressive series of eight victories in a row. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Besiktas and Galatasaray.
