There was an upset when higher ranked Westerstede (7-9) was edged on the road by thirteenth ranked Aschersleben (6-9) 81-78 on Saturday. Aschersleben dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Westerstede's 34. It was a very good performance for Pakistani Salman Manzur (205-96) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points and 11 rebounds.
