There was a small surprise when eleventh ranked Buyukcekmece (6-8) won against at home 9th ranked Darussafaka (6-8) 76-69. Buyukcekmece made 23-of-28 charity shots (82.1 percent) during the game. 25 personal fouls committed by Darussafaka helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American players dominated the game. The best player for the winners was point guard Kenny Hayes (186-87, college: Miami, OH, agency: BeoBasket) who scored 35 points (!!!)
