It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Turk Telekom. Anadolu Efes dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Turk Telekom's 30. Anadolu Efes forced 23 Turk Telekom turnovers and outrebounded them 51-32 including a 36-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Anadolu Efes players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Turk Telekom's players. Point guard Omer-Can Ilyasoglu (193-1) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists. Burak Gozeneli (-0) answered with 22 points and 6 assists and Kerem Hayran (-1) added 6 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Turk Telekom. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Anadolu Efes maintains first place with 14-1 record, which they share with Banvit and Fenerbahce. Turk Telekom at the other side dropped to the third position with seven games lost. Anadolu Efes' next round opponent will be Ozel Gelisim Koleji (#3), which may be the game of the day. Turk Telekom will play against Arel Univ and hope to win that game.
