There was no surprise in Vienna where 10th ranked Furstenfeld Panthers (2-17) were defeated by eighth ranked Timberwolves (8-11) 86-71. Furstenfeld Panthers were ahead by 6 points at the halftime before a 35-12 third quarter run of Timberwolves. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists comparing to just 18 passes made by Furstenfeld Panthers' players. It was an exceptional evening for Serbian center Marko Kolaric (213-84, college: Chaminade) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 14 rebounds and 7 assists. Croatian guard Petar Cosic (183-85, agency: Interperformances) accounted for 9 points and 15 assists for the winning side. American-German guard Joshua Davis (188-92, college: Ft.Valley St.) came up with 13 points and 5 rebounds and Croatian Marko Car (188-85) added 12 points and 7 assists respectively for Furstenfeld Panthers in the defeat.
