We should mention about the upset which took place in Jonava, where 11th ranked Taurages (11-17) lost to fourteenth ranked Jonava (9-19) in a road game 72-82. The former international forward Martynas Linkevicius (197-85, agency: Octagon Europe) notched 22 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and American guard Jalen Bradley (185-93, college: ORU) supported him with 16 points and 4 assists. Jonava's coach Murat Didin allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even a double-double of 18 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists by forward Paulius Morkeliunas (201-85, college: LIU Brooklyn, agency: Octagon Europe) did not help to save the game for Taurages. Center Deividas Keburys (201-90) added 14 points and 5 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
