The game in Alexandria was also worth to mention about. 5th ranked Agronomia (2-13) played at the court of sixth ranked Alexandria (3-12). Alexandria managed to secure a 6-point victory 60-54. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Agronomia won fourth quarter 19-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Alexandria forced 25 Agronomia turnovers. It was a very good performance for point guard Mihaela Mihai (169-90) who helped to win the game recording 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Agronomia's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Alexandria moved-up to fifth place in Nationala. Newly promoted Agronomia dropped to the sixth position with 13 games lost. Alexandria's next round opponent will be league's second-placed Targu Mures on the road and it may be quite challenging game. Agronomia will play against the league's second-placed Targu Mures (#2) and hope to win that game.
