No shocking result in a game when Cluj Napoca (12-4) defeated at home Craiova (10-6) 77-62 on Friday. The game without a history. Cluj Napoca led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. The best player for the winners was American-Bulgarian center Jason Washburn (213-90, college: Utah, agency: Pensack Sports) who scored 19 points and 6 rebounds. Serbian point guard Aleksandar Rasic (195-84, agency: BeoBasket) chipped in 14 points. Four Cluj Napoca players scored in double figures. Cluj Napoca's coach Mihai Silvasan used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Ukrainian center Vladyslav Koreniuk (210-94, agency: Octagon Europe) produced 11 points and 8 rebounds and Montenegrin Goran Gajovic (199-88, agency: 011 Sports) added 11 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the guests. Cluj Napoca will face Timisoara on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Craiova will play against Pitesti and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
