Everything went according to plan when second ranked Speyer (16-1) outleveled at home 13th ranked Kronberg (5-12) 91-42 on Saturday. Speyer held Kronberg to an opponent 20.6 percent shooting from the field compared to 45.6 percent accuracy of the winners and made 22-of-27 free shots (81.5 percent) during the game. Speyer outrebounded Kronberg 58-26 including a 16-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Kronberg's players. The best player for the winners was naturalized Russian forward Albert Kuppe (200-88) who scored 19 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. American guard DJ Woodmore (190-92, college: Va.Wesleyan) chipped in 19 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Speyer players scored in double figures.
