Very expected game when 9th ranked Krofdorf (3-10) lost to second ranked B.Loewen (13-1) in Giessen 62-78. American players dominated the game. The best player for the winners was guard Kristina King (180-92, college: Richmond) who scored 33 points (!!!), 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Marquisha Harris (180-93, college: W.Michigan) chipped in a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). King is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. B.Loewen's coach J.D. Barnes used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest.
