Very important is a home loss of second ranked Gunners Oberwart (15-6) against sixth ranked Hallmann (10-11) on Thursday night. Host Gunners Oberwart was defeated by Hallmann in a tough game in Oberwart 84-89. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Gunners Oberwart. The guests trailed by 7 points at the halftime before their 25-15 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Hallmann made 26-of-32 free shots (81.3 percent) during the game.
