There was no surprise when 13th ranked Mersin Gelisim (3-13) was defeated at home by fourth ranked Mardin BSB (15-9) 87-78. Mardin BSB dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Mersin Gelisim's 36. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Mersin Gelisim's players.
