Very predictable result when second ranked Muenster (13-6) won against 10th ranked Titans (8-11) in Dresden 75-67 on Sunday. It was an exceptional evening for American-British center Malcolm Delpeche (204-95, college: Bates) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds. American guard Jojo Cooper (183-95, college: Wagner) accounted for 17 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists for the winning side. Delpeche is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American power forward Julian Scott (203-90, college: Adams St.) came up with 18 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Janek Schmidkunz (183-90, college: Amer.Internat.) added 15 points respectively for Titans in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Muenster have an impressive series of twelve victories in a row. They keep a position of North leader, which they share with Rist Wedel. Loser Titans keep the tenth place with 11 games lost. Muenster will meet at home Herzoege Wolfenbuettel (#11) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Titans will play against SparkassenStars in Bochum and hope to secure a win.
