Regular Season Round 11: SISU - Lemvig 79-70

There was no surprise in Copenhagen where 8th ranked Lemvig (1-10) was defeated by third ranked SISU (7-4) 79-70 on Tuesday. It was a great evening for Canadian guard Nofuente Ceejay (176-93, college: Humber) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 27 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. American forward Aubrey Buckley (187-95, college: Missouri St.) helped adding 18 points and 6 rebounds. American point guard Aniese Palmore (165-94, college: Montana-West, agency: S.M.W.W.) responded with 15 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and the other American import forward Makenzie Miller (-95, college: Wisc.-La Crosse) scored 16 points and 7 rebounds. Four Lemvig players scored in double figures. SISU maintains third place with 7-4 record having four points less than leader Horsholm. Lemvig lost fourth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with ten games lost. SISU will again meet bottom-ranked Lemvig (#8) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Lemvig will have a break next round.
