WSG Koenigs outrebounded ETV 46-33 including 19 on the offensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Christoph Tetzner (201-81) who helped to win the game recording 8 points and 18 rebounds and guard Gabriel Salijevic (191-99) who added 17 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Lithuanian guard Vidmantas Uzkuraitis (189-85) responded with 24 points and 8 rebounds and American guard Tyseem Lyles (188, college: Mercy) scored 24 points and 7 rebounds. ETV's coach rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. WSG Koenigs moved-up to seventh place in North, which they share with Langenhagen. Newly promoted ETV dropped to the thirteenth position with 13 games lost. WSG Koenigs will have a break next round. ETV will play on the road against Westerstede (#14) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
