Rather predictable result when third ranked SSV Lok Bernau (13-7) smashed on the road 6th ranked Iserlohn (10-10) 92-70 on Saturday. They outrebounded Iserlohn 34-23 including 20 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Bennet Hundt (178-98) who helped to win the game recording 26 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists and American power forward Quadir Welton (203-95, college: St.Peter's) who added 21 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. Four SSV Lok Bernau players scored in double figures. Bosnian-Croatian power forward Jozo Brkic (211-86, agency: PEPI SPORT) responded with 22 points and 6 rebounds and guard Malte Schwarz (188-89, agency: Court Side) scored 6 points and 6 assists. Iserlohn's coach Milos Stankovic gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. SSV Lok Bernau have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place in North, which they share with Rist Wedel. Loser Iserlohn keeps the sixth position with ten games lost.
