Regular Season Round 19: Horsens IC - Wolfpack/BMS 83-54

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked BMS Skovlunde (5-10) on the court of second ranked Horsens IC on Sunday night. Visitors were rolled over by Horsens IC 83-54. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of BMS Skovlunde. Horsens IC forced 34 BMS Skovlunde turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a great evening for Bosnian forward Vedran Borovcanin (199-85) who led his team to a victory scoring 20 points. American guard Brandon Tabb (193-95, college: Beth.-Cookman) helped adding 16 points and 6 rebounds. Tabb is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the losing side American center Deionte Simmons (205-96, college: Chicago St.) responded with 17 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) and the other American import point guard Austin Waddoups (188-93, college: Salt Lake CC, agency: Dynamics Global Management) scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Horsens IC maintains second place with 14-6 record having three points less than leader Wolfpack/BMS. BMS Skovlunde at the other side still keeps top position with ten games lost. Horsens IC will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. BMS Skovlunde will play on the road against Stevnsgade and is hoping to win this game.
