There was a small surprise when fourteenth ranked Ereliai Mazeikiai (12-23) beat on the road 12th ranked Taurages (13-21) 77-65. The best player for the winners was center Tomas Zdanavicius (203-96) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds. Forward Darius Griskenas (194-84) chipped in 18 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Ereliai Mazeikiai's coach Arvydas Straupis allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Liudas Radavicius (188-88) produced 14 points and forward Paulius Morkeliunas (201-85, college: LIU Brooklyn, agency: Octagon Europe) added 14 points respectively for the hosts. Ereliai Mazeikiai maintains fourteenth position with 12-23 record. Taurages at the other side dropped to the thirteenth place with 21 games lost.
