Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked Elazig (16-6) outscored at home 9th ranked Aci Koleji (11-11) 87-60. Elazig made 16-of-18 charity shots (88.9 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Aci Koleji turnovers and outrebounded them 41-27 including 32 on the defensive glass. Elazig players were unselfish on offense dishing 30 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Aci Koleji's players. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Asli Sevinc (178-79, agency: FlyBasketball) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 24 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. Guard Nihan Demirkol (172-92, agency: FlyBasketball) contributed with 21 points and 7 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. Point guard Merve Uygul (170-88) replied with 19 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and American-Azerbaijani center Marcedes-Marie Walker (191-86, college: Pittsburgh, agency: 1andBox Sports Agency) added 13 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Aci Koleji. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
