Montenegrin Milos Latkovic (196-93) added 9 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists for the hosts. Kyiv Basket's coach Evgeni Murzin rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Khimik have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 18-6 record. Newly promoted Kyiv Basket keeps the fourth place with nine games lost. Khimik will play against bottom-ranked Politekhnik (#8) in Kharkiv in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Kyiv Basket will play on the road against Mykolaiv (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
