There was a small surprise when twelfth ranked Dragons Rhoendorf (5-17) defeated at home 10th ranked Wuerzburg (8-14) 73-61 on Saturday. Dragons Rhoendorf made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 23 Wuerzburg turnovers. Quite impressive performance for American point guard Kwan Waller (183-89, college: Ky Wesleyan) who helped to win the game recording 28 points and 6 rebounds. Lithuanian center Zygimantas Riauka (205-93, college: Wisc.-Parkside) contributed with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Guard Tim Eisenberger (197-91) replied with 9 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Philipp Hadenfeldt (188-99) added 12 points in the effort for Wuerzburg. Wuerzburg's coach Eric Detlev tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Dragons Rhoendorf moved-up to eleventh place in South, which they share with Koeln Rh.Stars. Wuerzburg lost third consecutive game. They keep the tenth position with 14 games lost.
