Very predictable result in Paderborn where third ranked Rostock (16-8) defeated 13th ranked Uni Baskets (9-15) 92-81 on Saturday. Rostock dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Uni Baskets' 36. They outrebounded Uni Baskets 38-26 including 27 on the defensive glass. Rostock looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Canadian forward Yannick Anzuluni (205-87, college: Houghton) who helped to win the game recording 24 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists and American guard Tony Hicks (186-94, college: Louisville) who added 14 points and 10 assists during the contest. Four Rostock players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American guard Darnell Foreman (185, college: Pennsylvania) with 9 points, 13 assists and 6 steals and Canadian guard Connor Wood (193-93, college: Carleton) scored 14 points and 6 assists.
