An interesting game for Bursaspor (19-3) which played road game in Duzce against 4th ranked Duzce Belediye (14-8). First ranked Bursaspor managed to get a 13-point victory 77-64. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Duzce Belediye. Bursaspor looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Duzce Belediye's players. Worth to mention a great performance of Serbian power forward Dejan Borovnjak (207-86, agency: BeoBasket) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Croatian guard Karlo Vragovic (192-89, agency: BeoExcell) contributed with 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. American forward Steve Taylor-Jr (206-93, college: Toledo) replied with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 17 rebounds and his fellow American import point guard Isiah Umipig (183-92, college: Seattle) added 19 points and 5 assists in the effort for Duzce Belediye. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Bursaspor have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 19-3 record. Duzce Belediye at the other side keeps the fourth place with eight games lost. They share the position with Selcuklu. Bursaspor are looking forward to face league's second-placed OGM Orman in Ankara in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Duzce Belediye will play on the road against Ankara D.S.I. and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
