Rather predictable result when third ranked Karlsruhe SC (16-6) defeated on the road 7th ranked Giessen Pointers (9-13) 94-85 on Saturday. Karlsruhe SC had a 17-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Sven Saddedine (205-97) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 27 points and 18 rebounds and American-Ghanian guard Bright Mensah (193-92, college: William Pater.) who added 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Karlsruhe SC players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American swingman Christopher Miller (192-93, college: Salem Intern.) with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and point guard Lucas Mayer (183-99) scored 14 points and 8 assists.
