The game between closely ranked teams ended with eleventh ranked Sostines' (5-16) home victory over bottom-ranked Zalgiris U18 (2-18) in Vilniaus 90-71 on Sunday. Zalgiris U18 was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game.
