Very important is a road loss of second ranked BMS Skovlunde (7-15) against fourth ranked Stevnsgade (2-19) on Tuesday night. Visiting BMS Skovlunde was defeated by Stevnsgade in a tough game in Stevnsgade 67-73. It looked good early as BMS Skovlunde took a 9-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Stevnsgade had a 26-13 second period charge getting the lead and BMS Skovlunde was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 67-73. Stevnsgade made 19-of-25 charity shots (76.0 percent) during the game. BMS Skovlunde was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Forward Jonas Allaoua (188-98) orchestrated the victory by scoring 16 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Stefan Jevric (202-98) contributed with 18 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Guard Aleksandar Nedic (194-99) answered with 18 points and 6 rebounds and the former international forward Mathias Seilund (200-90, college: Fair Dickinson) added 15 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for BMS Skovlunde. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Stevnsgade maintains fourth place with 2-19 record. BMS Skovlunde lost fifth consecutive game.
