Regular Season Round 6: Fortuna - Aistes-LSMU 42-74

The game between Top Four teams took place in Klaipeda. One of their biggest challengers host Fortuna (6-9) was smashed by second ranked Aistes-LSU (11-3) 74-42. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Fortuna. Aistes-LSU held Fortuna to an opponent 21.8 percent shooting from the field compared to 49.2 percent accuracy of the winners. Aistes-LSU have an impressive nine-game winning streak. Despite that victory Aistes-LSU went down to third position due to points difference. Fortuna at the other side keeps the fourth place with nine games lost. Aistes-LSU's next round opponent will be league's leader Vilkmerge in Ukmerge and it will be for sure the game of the week. Fortuna will play on the road against Siauliai-Univ. and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
