The game had a very big importance for second-ranked RSV Eintracht as it allowed them to take a leadership position in North. RSV Eintracht smashed 11th ranked Cuxhaven in Stahnsdorf 94-72. RSV Eintracht forced 20 Cuxhaven turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Cuxhaven at the other side dropped to the twelfth place with 14 games lost. They share the position with Langenhagen.
