The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Horsholm (4-1) on the court of second ranked Stevnsgade on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by Stevnsgade 75-64. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Horsholm. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. The game was mostly controlled by Stevnsgade. Canadian forward Meg Wilson (188-94, college: Simon Fraser) replied with 19 points and 8 rebounds and international forward Gritt Ryder (173-92, college: Colorado St.) added 9 points and 10 assists in the effort for Horsholm. Horsholm's coach Jesper Krone Rasmussen rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Stevnsgade maintains second position with 2-2 record having just three points less than leader Horsholm. Defending champion Horsholm still keeps top place with one game lost. They share the position with Aabyhoj and Amager. Stevnsgade are looking forward to face SISU (#3) in Copenhagen in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Horsholm will play at home against Lemvig and is hoping to win this game.
