Sixth-ranked Turk Telekom (11-10) made lots of trouble for third ranked Tofas (15-7) in Bursa. Tofas managed to secure only three-point victory 85-82. However their fans expected easier game. Tofas shot 61.1 percent from the field. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists. Turk Telekom was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. The former international guard Baris Ermis (194-85) orchestrated the victory by scoring 8 points and 12 assists. Cameroonian forward Kenny Kadji (211-88, college: Miami, FL) contributed with 17 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for the winners. Serbian center Vladimir Stimac (210-87, agency: Interperformances) answered with 18 points and 8 rebounds and American Kenny Gabriel (209-89, college: Auburn) added 15 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for Turk Telekom.
