An interesting game for Koblenz (23-2) which played road game in Saarlouis against 4th placed Saarlouis/Dillingen (15-10). Second ranked Koblenz had an easy win 92-71. The best player for the winners was Serbian forward Milan Trtic (201-86, agency: HMS) who scored 30 points and 8 rebounds. American power forward KJ Sherrill (203-91, college: Augusta) chipped in 18 points and 7 rebounds. Koblenz had such big advantage that coach Josip Bosnjak felt comfortable to give the chance to play for 10 players saving starting five for next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Ricky Easterling (189-83, college: Bridgewater) who recorded 22 points and 7 rebounds and Bulgarian Filip Kamenov (200-95) added 14 points and 11 rebounds respectively. They maintain second place in South-West with 23-2 record having just one victory less than leader Duesseldorf. Saarlouis/Dillingen at the other side keeps the fourth position with ten games lost.
