It was a great evening for American guard TJ Bray (196-92, college: Princeton) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 assists. His fellow American import Seth Hinrichs (201-93, college: Lafayette) helped adding 16 points and 9 rebounds. SC Rasta Vechta's coach Pedro Calles used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was American point guard Will Cummings (188-92, college: Temple) with 25 points and Austrian-Slovenian center Rasid Mahalbasic (210-90, agency: BeoBasket) scored 17 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Newly promoted SC Rasta Vechta maintains third place with 20-7 record having three points less than leader B.Muenchen. EWE Baskets at the other side keep the second position with five games lost. SC Rasta Vechta are looking forward to face ALBA Berlin (#4) on the road in the next round. EWE Baskets will play against BBC Bayreuth and are hoping to win this game.
