Very predictable result in Vilnius where second ranked Rytas (21-6) smashed 7th ranked Dzukija (9-18) 92-69 on Saturday. The game without a history. Rytas led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. Rytas outrebounded Dzukija 38-27 including a 30-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. American-Montenegrin point guard Derek Needham (180-90, college: Fairfield) fired 20 points and 9 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. International power forward Martynas Echodas (206-97) chipped in 22 points and 6 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Four Rytas players scored in double figures.
