U18 League top team - Vilniaus Silputa (21-0) managed to deliver another win on Thursday. This time they beat eighth ranked Jonavos (9-17) in Jonava 86-73. The guests trailed by 10 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 10-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 86-73. Vilniaus Silputa outrebounded Jonavos 47-23 including a 21-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Adas Simonis (192-1) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 4 assists. Forward Azuolas Tubelis (202-2) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Guard Nojus Pankratjevas (187-1, agency: Octagon Europe) answered with 18 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 steals and Aroldas Biciuzas (188-1) added 12 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for Jonavos.
